A memorable day on PhotoPeach

This is our next project. You have to create a story describing an event in the past. First you write your memorable story and the you look for the photos you want to use. Then you go to http://photopeach.com/home and follow the instructions on the site to create your own slideshow. We will do an example in class next Thursday and then you start! Finally you upload your works to your blogs and that's it.

Human Rights & Spanish Constitution

The English and French Department of IES Mediterráneo have celebrated the Human Rights Day by designing posters with the articles of the Declaration of the Human Rights making a relation with these articles and the Spanish Constitution. The 2º Bachillerato students created several comics developing these articles to diffuse them among the other students at school. They also made a gymkhana with this topic that will be carried out on 21st December at our school.

Bye, dear Elcano students

My time as a teacher there is over. Thank you very much for helping me to enjoy my job, it has been wonderful to work with you all for these twenty years. You have been the best part of my job, sometimes it has been a challenge to get you motivated but when I got it, you really made me happy.
My new school is IES Mediterráneo and I will be there at your disposal, as usual. It’s exciting to have a new project ahead: after so many years working in the same school.
Remember this is also your blog and I hope you will keep taking part in it whenever you want. It’s always a pleasure to read your comments, they feed the blog and help me to improve it.

Quiero que hagáis las frases en Simple Past, es muy fácil. Escribís la frase y váis añadiendo las imágenes que elijáis de las que aparecen, si alguna no os gusta, pulsáis en "change" hasta encontréis la que más os guste, luego le ponéis un título y me la mandais.

Ahora las de mi tutoría este año

Fué una comida estupenda, no sólo por la comida que estuvo bien y muy abundante, con eso del buffet libre no parasteis de comer, sino por el ambiente que fué divertido y muy relajado, esta evaluación prometo repetirlo, a ver si ahora se nos apuntan también Belén y Tania que esta vez se escaquearon por irse con los novios, ¡qué dolor!, bueno y José Francisco que tampoco vino, no sé muy bien por qué. Ya veis que os perdísteis cosa buena.

La verdad es que fué un curso magnífico y nos lo pasamos estupendamente a lo largo de todo el año, para colmo todos los que se presentaron al exámen de Selectividad aprobaron el Inglés, y algunos con notas altas, me sentí muy orgullosa de ellos!
